Water and Sewer Rates

Effective starting July 1, 2002

Payment Policy: The Town will no longer allow customers to carry over a bill from one month to the next. All bills for water and/or sewer service charges must be paid by the 18th of the month for which said bill is submitted. If the bill is not paid by the 18th of the month, a 10% late payment penalty will be added. If water and/or sewer service charges are not paid by noon on the 23rd of the month for which said bill is submitted, a non-payment fee of $25.00/$50.00 will be charged and service will be disconnected. All charges, penalties, and deposits must be paid in full prior to service being reconnected.

Note: The rates above are for customers inside the Town limits only.  The Town charges customers living outside the Town limits 50% more for water and sewer service.
