The Town of Williston has made a variety of forms available online. Most are in Adobe PDF format. Adobe Acrobat (PDF) Reader is required to view, print, and complete the forms. All PDF forms may be completed in Adobe Acrobat and signed digitally. To sign a form digitally, simply follow the prompts with Adobe to create your unique digital signature. All digitally signed forms may be emailed back to the Town of Williston at [email protected]. Forms that are not singed digitally may be completed online, printed, signed and mailed or delivered to Williston Town Hall.
